“A very positive experience for me, providing what I had requested : clarity and an action plan regarding a cluster of symptoms I’d been experiencing for some years, but which had remained undiagnosed. Having a diagnosis is in some ways a relief and makes it so much easier to share health information with officials such as HR and Occupational Health teams, as well as with my GP surgery. It is also very useful, in a pandemic situation, to be able to provide all of these services with clearer information about my medical condition. “
